This policy applies when you visit life-playbooks.com, mondigale.com, our related sales pages, or purchase, download or interact with a LifePlaybooks™ product or service.

7. Team Questionnaire and Playbook Information

Some LifePlaybooks™ products include templates, Microsoft Forms questionnaires and instructions that customers may use to collect information from members of their own teams.

Eight28 Inc. does not automatically receive, access or control the responses collected through a customer’s Microsoft 365 environment.

The customer or organization using the questionnaire is responsible for:

explaining how team responses will be used
obtaining any required consent
limiting access to the responses
storing the information securely
following applicable organizational policies and privacy laws
deleting or retaining responses appropriately

If a customer voluntarily sends questionnaire responses or other team information to Eight28 Inc. for support, consulting or troubleshooting, we will use that information only for the purpose for which it was provided. Customers should avoid sending confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information.

8. When We May Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may share limited personal information:

with service providers that help us operate our business
when you direct or authorize us to do so
when required by law, court order or lawful government request
when necessary to investigate fraud, misuse or security concerns
when necessary to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of others
as part of a business transaction such as a merger, sale, financing or reorganization, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures

Our websites and products are intended for adults, businesses, project managers, team leads and professional teams. They are not directed to children under the age of 13.
